     If you would like to receive a full refund less shipping and handling for any reason you may do so by postmarking the returned merchandise within 14 days from the delivery date.  For instance, if your order is delivered to your doorstep on 5/9 you have until 5/23 to get it postmarked and in the mail.  We ask that you give us a call first so that we'll expect your return and process it promptly.  All merchandise must be unused, unworn, untorn and unsoiled.  If you would like an exchange, the same rules apply.  If there are extenuating circumstances and you can't meet the 14 day postmark policy please call our office.  Thanks!


    How will my order be shipped?

    We ship Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service. The delivery time is 2-3 days within the U.S.. 

    International Orders are shipped FedEx International Ground and may take 2-5 days depending on location.

    If an international order is destined for a P.O. Box or remote area we reserve the right to ship USPS International Priority Mail.

     


    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes!  We ship internationally using USPS First Class International Mail, Priority International Mail. and FedEx International Ground.  Please note when using the USPS shipping option there will be a point in the delivery process during which your package tracking information will not be updated.  Therefore your package will not be trackable.  This generally occurs during the time between the package leaving the US and entering the destination country.


    How long before my order is processed and shipped?

    All orders for in stock items ship within 5 business days of order placement Monday thru Saturday.  If the item is a special order your shipment will ship within 7 business days.  These times are in addition to the 2-3 days it takes for USPS to deliver in the US or in the case of international delivery the time it takes for USPS or FedEx to deliver. For international orders please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.  If you need the item within a specific timeframe please email or call before placing an order.


    How much is shipping and handling?

    Domestic Shipping (US)

    The shipping costs for USPS and/or FedEx are as follows:

    1-5 ties- $5.50  -  USPS Priority Mail

    6 or more ties- $10.95 - USPS Priority Mail

    Ties & Dress Shirts Any Size Order - $14.95-USPS Priority Mail

    Dress Shirts Only Any Size Order -$10.95 - USPS Priority Mail

    3Mo. Necktie Set of the Month Membership - $6.00 - USPS First Class Mail

    6Mo. Necktie Set of the Month Membership - $12.00- USPS First Class Mail

    International Shipping to Canada and Mexico

    International Shipping Terms and Conditions

    Your shipment may be delayed by the receiving country's customs office.   This is something that we cannot control.  You as the  recipient is solely responsible for payment of GMT, customs/brokerage fees or import duties, if any.  If your shipping address is a P.O. Box  or in a remote location we reserve the right to ship by the United States Postal Service regardless of whether you paid for FedEx shipping.   Generally FedEx does not service remote areas and will not deliver to P.O. boxes.

    If you, the customer, fail to claim or pick up your order, or you do not pay brokerage or duties, then we will charge your credit card for the shipping cost to have the order returned to us.  The cost is $25.00 for Canadian orders and  $35.00 for all other countries. If you want us to re-ship your order then you, the customer, will be responsible for paying the additional shipping charge.


     


     


    Can I request a gift set for a special occasion? Of course! Email us with your specific needs.

    Can I add a personalized message to my gift? Yes. Just include the message you'd like to have placed on your gift in your email.

    What are your business hours?

    Since we are an online store we are open 24 hours a day.  If you need to speak with someone by phone our hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am-6pm and Saturday from 9am-1pm.


    What are your payment options?

    We accept Visa , Mastercard, American Express and Discover.


    Is my email and credit card information kept confidential?

    Absolutely. We do not sell our customer's names, addresses, or email addresses. 


    Do you sell children's neckties?

    Any of our necktie set ties can be shortened to fit a child.  The most desired lengths are 11", 14" and 16" depending on the age of the child.  There is an additional $10.00 charge for each altered necktie.


    Do you sell extra-long ties?

    Our necktie set ties can be altered to a length of 64".  There is an additional cost of $14.50 per altered necktie.


    What length and width are your neckties?

    Our necktie set ties are 59" L x 3.75" W (at the widest point).  Single tie length and width vary. Call for more information.


    Do you give discounts on large orders?
