How will my order be shipped?
We ship Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service. The delivery time is 2-3 days within the U.S.. All international shipments are sent via U.S. Postal Service International Priority Flat Rate.
Do you ship internationally?
Only within Canada and Mexico.
How long before my order is processed and shipped?
All orders ship within 72 hours of order placement Monday thru Saturday. However, if you purchase a bulk order or wedding neckwear the wait is 2-3 weeks.
How much is shipping and handling?
The shipping costs for USPS Priority Mail are as follows (excludes wedding neckwear):
1-5 ties $5.50
6 or more ties $10.50
Canada and Mexico $28.00 (Any size order)

Can I request a gift set for a special occasion?
Of course! Email us with your specific needs.
Can I add a personalized message to my gift?
Yes. Just include the message you'd like to have placed on your gift in your email.
What are your business hours?
Since we are an online store we are open 24 hours a day. If you need to speak with someone by phone our hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am-6pm and Saturday from 9am-1pm.
What are your payment options?
We accept Visa , Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Is my email and credit card information kept confidential?
Absolutely. We do not sell our customer's names, addresses, or email addresses.
Do you sell extra-long ties?
Not at this time.
What length and width are your neckties?
Our neckties are standard length. They're 59" L x 3.9" W (at the widest point).
Do you give discounts on large orders?
