How it works 

1.  Place your order online or call us at 615-760-5226 and pay by phone.  Choose your length of membership, supply us with your delivery address, and pay for your purchase using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.

 2.  Once we have all of your information we'll process your order and begin shipping one necktie set to your front door once a month.  

 3.  Watch for the mailman!

 Frequently Asked Questions 

1.  What type of necktie set will I receive?

You'll receive a 100% silk necktie, handkerchief and cufflink set.  Don't worry there will be no novelty ties!

2.  Can you get extra long neckties as part of the club membership?

Right now the answer is no.  However, we plan to offer extra long necktie sets in the future.  We'll keep you posted.

3.  Can I choose the neckties I'll receive?

No.  The great thing about a necktie club is that it allows you to experiment with your wardrobe.  If you choose the ties yourself you may be less inclined to go in a different direction and change up your look.  Surprises are exciting.  Don't worry we'll take good care to select both conservative as well as edgier looks.  But no matter what you'll be able to go from the boardroom, to church, to out on the town in any one of our necktie sets.

4.  What if I don't like my necktie set of the month?

We doubt this will happen, but just in case we offer our standard return policy of 14 days.  Just remember the set can neither be worn, torn nor otherwise used.  Return all 3 pieces and select another necktie set from our website as a replacement.  Once we receive the unwanted necktie set  we'll ship the replacement set right away.

5.  How long are your memberships?

You may choose from either a 6 month or a 12 month membership?

6.  What is the membership cost?

For a  6 month membership you pay $29.99 a month or $179.94in full .  The 12 month membership is $25.99 a month or $311.88 in full.  There is a one-time shipping fee of $15.00 for the 6 month membership and  $20.00 for the 12 month membership.   This fee will cover the shipping costs for each month of your membership and will be included in your first  payment.

7.  Can I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time.

7.  Do you charge my credit card each month?

There are two options for paying for your membership.  1) We can set up a recurring billing account for you which would automatically charge your credit card each month for the cost of your membership.  2) You can pay for your membership in full up front or return to the website each month and order the necktie set of the month selection.

8.  Can I purchase the membership as a gift? 

Sure.  Just indicate on the right side of the order page that this is a gift membership.  And if you'd like you can add a message with the gift.   Just type it in the text box on the right side of the order page.

9.  Can I use any other discount or coupon code when ordering and paying for my necktie set?

No.  The Necktie Set of the Month Club prices provide a savings of $13-$15.  So you're getting a great deal.
