Return Policy
At Toramon Necktie Company we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your necktie order you may return it for a full refund less shipping costs. However, to receive a full refund the necktie(s) and/or accessories must be unworn, in good condition, and the return package postmarked within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will not issue a refund for worn, soiled, or torn neckties and/or accessories.
When making a return or exchange please include the purchaser's full name,address, and phone number. A refund will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the item within 5 days from the date we receive the merchandise. You will be notified by email after we have received and processed your refund or exchange.
Privacy Policy
The information we gather is used solely to process and deliver your order. We neither sell our client's names, addresses, or email addresses nor do we reveal confidential information to third party companies. Period.
