What is the minimum number of wedding neckties/sets that can be purchased?
The minimum quantity for special order items is six. However, if you need fewer than six an additional $10.00 will be added to the cost of each necktie set, not to exceed $30.
Do you give discounts or have special offers?
Periodically we will run special discounts on wedding neckwear. However, we ask that you call for more information.
How will my order be shipped?
USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate.
How much is shipping?
Special order wedding neckwear:
Standard shipping is $10.50. (2-3 weeks)
Express shipping is $30.00. (1 week)
To keep the shipping cost as low as possible please order as far in advance of the wedding as possible.
In stock wedding neckwear:
1-5 neckties/sets: $5.50
6 or more neckties/sets: $10.50
How long before my order is processed and shipped?
Orders on in stock items are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours from the manufacturer. For wedding and special order items shipping takes 2-3 weeks.
How long will it take to receive my necktie order?
Approximate delivery times are as follows:
Out of stock/special order items- 2 weeks
In stock items- 2 to 3 days
Can I send a color swatch?
Yes. In fact, we recommend it.
What if I don't see the right color, design or anything I like?
If you don't find the right necktie/set for your special day just call us at 615-760-5226 or email kscruggs@toramonneckties.com with all of your wedding information. For instance, the color scheme, type of design you'd like etc. Within 24 hours we will email you photos of neckwear that matches your description. We simply have too many wedding designs to place all of them on the website. And we prefer that we personally speak with the client so that we can find the perfect neckwear for their perfect day.
Why can't I add the ties/set I want to my shopping cart?
Because our wedding neckwear is by special order we prefer the client to contact us prior to purchasing and therefore we don't provide the online ordering option. Also we want to make sure you receive the appropriate discount if any. Just call 615-760-5226 and we can take your credit card information over the phone.
How do I pay for my order?
