1.  What is your refund/exchange policy?
If you would like to receive a full refund less shipping and handling for any reason you may do so by postmarking the returned merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.  For instance, if your order is delivered to your doorstep on 5/9 you have until 5/23 to get it postmarked and in the mail.  We ask that you give us a call first so that we'll expect your return and process it promptly.  All merchandise must be unused, unworn, unsoiled, and not torn. If you would like an exchange, the same rules apply.  If there are extenuating circumstances and you can't meet the 14 day postmark policy please call our office. We will process your refund within 3 days.  But do remember that your bank or credit card company may take a couple of days to actually credit your account.  Refunds will not be given for alteration fees associated with children's ties,extra long ties, or skinny ties. All refunds are less shipping and handling.
Please note: There is a 20% restocking fee charged on all special order items returns. Special orders are considered orders of any merchandise that we do not normally carry or stock in our store.
2.  How will my order be shipped?
All U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Canada orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. All other internaitonal orders will ship via USPS First Class, Priority Mail or DHL Express.
We no longer ship to the UK or any EU country. 
If an international order is destined for a remote area we reserve the right to ship FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
3.  How long before my order is processed and shipped?
All orders for in stock items ship within 3 business days of order placement Monday thru Saturday.  These times are in addition to the 2-3 days it takes for USPS to deliver in the US or in the case of international delivery the time it takes the mail carrier to reach the destination country. For international orders please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.  If you need the item within a specific time frame please email or call before placing an order.  Canada and Mexico orders generally take 8 to 15 days to reach their destination once shipped.  However, that time frame may be longer depending on customs processing.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions
Your shipment may be delayed by the receiving country's customs office.  This is something that we neither can control nor will we be held responsible for orders that the receiving country's postal service fails to deliver.  Once the package leaves the hands of the United States Postal Service we will not be able to provide tracking information until the receiving country's postal service scans the package.  We will not refund an order unless the order is returned to us by the postal service.  And we will not refund an order  that is caught in customs limbo.
You as the recipient are solely responsible for payment of GMT, customs/brokerage fees, VAT, or import duties, if any.  But please note customs and duty fees seem to be more expensive for FedEx shipping compared to USPS.  It is best that you contact your country's Customs Office before placing an order to get an estimate of the customs and duty fees.
Do not ask us to ship your order as a gift.  Our policy is to always be honest, follow our country's export laws, and fill out customs forms accurately.  Each country has its own complicated rules on imports which are impossible for us to know. It is your respective government's laws that decide what fees and taxes you are charged for importing.  Part of those taxes are the same as if you had bought an item of the same value within your own country.
If you, the customer, fail to claim or pick up your order, or you do not pay brokerage, customs, or duty fees, we will not refund your payment until the package/tie is back in our hands.  Also any refund is minus shipping and handling charges. The cost is $25.00 for Canadian orders and  $35.00 for all other countries. If you want us to re-ship your order then you, the customer, will be responsible for paying the additional shipping charge.
5.  Is tracking available for my First Class International package?
Free online tracking of First Class International packages is available for most countries.
6.  What are your business hours?
Since we are an online store we are open 24 hours a day.  If you need to speak with someone by phone our hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am-6pm and Saturday from 9am-1pm.
7.  What are your payment options?
We accept Visa , Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
8.  Are my email and credit card information kept confidential?
Absolutely. We neither sell our customer's names, addresses, or email addresses, nor do we have access to your credit card information once your order has been placed. 
9.  Do you sell children's neckties?
Any of our ties can be shortened and narrowed to fit a child. There is an additional $12.00 charge for each altered necktie.
 
10.  Do you sell extra-long ties?
Our ties can also be altered to a length of 64".  There is an additional cost of $15.00 per altered necktie.  
11.  Do you sell skinny ties?
No, but we can alter our neckties to widths of 2 or 2.5".  You will need to pay for alteration charges.  Please contact us before ordering.
12.  What length and width are your neckties?
Our necktie set ties are either 59"L x 3.25"W, 59"L x 3.4" W, or 59" L x 3.75"W. The size is shown in each product description.
13.  How long do alterations take?
It depends, but generally 2 to 3 days.
14.  Do you give discounts on large orders?

Yes. All of our ties are 100% Silk.
