At Toramon Necktie Company we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your necktie order you may return it for a full refund less shipping costs. However, to receive a full refund (less shipping and handling) the necktie(s) and/or accessories must be unworn, in good condition, and the return package postmarked within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will not issue a refund for worn, soiled, or torn neckties and/or accessories. See FAQ's for more information.
When making a return or exchange please include the purchaser's full name,address, and phone number. A refund will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the item within 3 days from the date we receive the merchandise. You will be notified by email after we have received and processed your refund or exchange. Please note: No refund will be given for alteration costs (ie. children's ties and extra long ties).
Please note: There is a 20% restocking fee charged on all special order items returns. Special orders are considered orders of any merchandise that we do not normally carry or stock in our store.
