What is your refund/exchange policy?
If you would like to receive a full refund less shipping and handling for any reason you may do so by postmarking the returned merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. For instance, if your order is delivered to your doorstep on 5/9 you have until 5/23 to get it postmarked and in the mail. We ask that you give us a call first so that we'll expect your return and process it promptly. All merchandise must be unused, unworn, unsoiled, and not torn. If you would like an exchange, the same rules apply. If there are extenuating circumstances and you can't meet the 14 day postmark policy please call our office. We will process your refund within 3 days. But do remember that your bank or credit card company may take a couple of days to actually credit your account. Refunds will not be given for alteration fees associated with children's ties,extra long ties, or skinny ties. All refunds are less shipping and handling. See FAQ's for more information.
Please note: There is a 20% restocking fee charged on all special order items returns. Special orders are considered orders of any merchandise that we do not normally carry or stock in our store.
